If you have store credit in your account, you are halfway to a brand-new look! We want to make sure the checkout process is as smooth as possible so you can focus on the fun part: picking out your favorite frames.
Follow these simple steps to apply your credit and enjoy your next pair of Zennis.
How to Apply Your Store Credit
Fill Your Cart: Choose your favorite frames and lens options (like Trivex® or Blokz®), add them to your cart, and click Checkout.
Enter Shipping Details: Fill in your shipping information as you normally would.
Find Your Credit: Under the Payment Details section, you will see your available Store Credit amount. Simply click Apply.
Review the Balance: If your store credit covers the entire purchase, you are all set! Any leftover balance will stay in your account for your next shopping trip.
If your credit does not cover the full amount, just input an additional payment method (like a credit card or PayPal) for the remaining balance.
Confirm and Celebrate: Once everything looks correct, click Place Order.
