How to Sign In
Find the Account Icon:
Desktop: Look for the person icon in the top navigation bar.
Mobile App: Tap the person icon in the bottom navigation bar.
Click "Sign In" or Click Here: Choose the option that's most convenient for you.
Sign in with Apple, Google, or your Zenni account login:
Username: Your email address
Password: Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. Double-check for any extra spaces before or after your password.
Forgot your password?
If you can’t remember your password, simply click the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page. Enter the email address associated with your Zenni account, and we’ll send a password reset link straight to your inbox.
Open the email and click the "Create New Password" link.
Enter your new password and confirm it.
A quick tip: When creating your new password, remember it needs to be 8–14 characters long and include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one number.
Click "Reset Password" to complete the process.
After resetting your password, manually enter your email and new password. Avoid using auto-fill, as it may enter your old password.
Didn’t receive the password reset email?
Look in your spam, junk, and promotions folders for the password reset email. The email will come from noreply@zennioptical.com and will include a link to reset your password. Use this address to search your inbox if necessary.
We recommend adding noreply@zennioptical.com to your email provider’s safe sender list. This ensures future messages (including password resets) go directly to your inbox.
Guest Checkout Users
If you placed your order using Guest Checkout, you don’t have a Zenni account and therefore won’t have a password to reset.
To check your order status, refer to your order confirmation email and visit our Track My Order page.
Enter your email and the order number from your confirmation email for tracking details.
Using Apple Hide My Email?
If you signed up using Sign in with Apple and enabled Hide My Email, your Zenni account is linked to a randomized Apple-generated email alias (e.g., randomstring@privaterelay.appleid.com).
Try signing in using Sign in with Apple instead of entering an email and password.
Still Having Trouble Logging In? Try These Solutions:
Use the Latest Email: Ensure you click on the password reset link from the most recent email you received. Older links may no longer be valid.
Disable Ad-Block Extensions: Ad-block extensions can sometimes interfere with the password reset process. Please disable them temporarily while resetting your password.
Enable Cookies: Make sure that cookies are enabled in your browser settings, as they are necessary for completing the password reset process.
Use the Same Browser Tab: Copy the password reset link from the email and open it in the same browser tab to submit your new password. Switching tabs or browsers might cause issues.
Avoid Incognito/Private Mode: Please do not use incognito or private browsing modes, particularly on Safari, as they can interfere with the reset process.
Reset Link Expiry: Password reset links expire after some time or if the reset attempt does not meet the password requirements (e.g., a combination of characters, numbers, or upper/lowercase letters). If this happens, please request a new password reset link and token.
Avoid Special Characters: When setting a new password, avoid using special characters like ‘%’, ‘<’, or ‘>’.
Try a Different Browser: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, your browser might have privacy plugins causing interference. Try copying the reset password link and opening it in a different browser.
