Gift Cards

Zenni gift cards are the perfect gift for anyone who wears prescription or non-prescription glasses, sunglasses, or blue light blocking glasses. We have something for everyone! You can buy a gift card for anyone you like, including yourself.

• Upon purchase, an email with the gift card details and instructions will be sent automatically to the recipient.

• To use your Zenni gift card, simply enter the gift card code under the Payment Details section during checkout and click Apply. It’s that easy!

• Gift cards and store credit cannot be applied as payment for gift card purchases.

Store Credit

Store credit is applied directly to the Zenni account used to place the order. It never expires and can be spread across multiple orders.

• Your store credit balance is available on your Account Overview page or during checkout under the Payment Details section.

• Store credit can be applied during checkout under the Payment Details section.

• Once used, any store credit amount applied as payment can only be returned for store credit equal to the purchase price, excluding shipping.

• Gift cards and store credit cannot be applied as payment for gift card purchases.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Frequently Asked Questions

When do you charge my credit card?

• Your payment is processed as soon as you click "Place Order" at checkout. Some payment methods, like PayPal, may take a little extra time while holding the payment briefly. Once everything is good to go, your order will be submitted!

Can I split payment methods?

• Great question! It depends on the type of payment you’re using:

  • Most payment methods (including credit, debit, and FSA/HSA cards): The full order total needs to be paid with a single payment method at checkout. If one card doesn’t have enough available balance, you’ll need to complete the purchase using another eligible payment method. If you’re using an FSA/HSA card and it can’t cover the full amount, you can place your order with a different payment method and then submit your receipt to your FSA/HSA provider for reimbursement

  • Store credit and gift cards: Zenni store credit and Zenni gift cards can be combined with another payment method. If your store credit or gift card doesn’t cover the full total, you can apply it first and then pay the remaining balance with a different eligible payment method at checkout.

Can I change my payment method after checkout?

• Once your order is placed and processed, we can't change the payment method or billing address. However, if you need help cancelling an order, please reach out. We’re here to assist you in checking if a cancellation is possible.

How do I enter a promo code?

• On the Cart page, you'll see a field labeled "Have a promo code?" where you can enter your discount code. Please note that you can only use one promo code per order. Enjoy those savings!

Do you offer a senior discount?

• Yes! A 10% senior discount is exclusively available in the US for customers aged 65 and older once verified by ID.me. The senior discount is not applicable outside of the United States.

Do you send physical gift cards?

• Our gift cards are digital and will be emailed directly to the recipient. It’s quick, easy, and eco-friendly!

Can I use PayPal Fastlane if I have a Zenni account?

• Right now, PayPal Fastlane is only available for Guest Checkout users in the US. If your email is linked to a Zenni account, you’ll be asked to sign in during checkout. The good news is that you can still check out using regular PayPal, along with our other payment options.

How is tax calculated?

• The applicable tax rate for your order is based on the combined state and local rates for the delivery address.
