Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my order?

  • While we can't make any order changes once an order is placed, we'll be happy to check if your order can be cancelled so that you can place a new order with any preferred changes.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Can I change the shipping address or shipping method?

  • Delivery addresses for glasses can be changed if the order has not been prepared to ship.

  • Delivery addresses and shipping methods for contact lenses cannot be changed once an order is placed.

  • We can upgrade the shipping method for glasses from Standard to Express within 24 hours for an additional charge.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

What if my order is already in the process of being shipped or already shipped?

  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they are in the process of being shipped. Once the order is delivered, you may return any unwanted items within our return policy.

How long does it take to get a refund if I cancel an order?

  • If you decide to cancel your order, we'll process a full refund or store credit within 2-3 business days, depending on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take a little extra time for the refund to show up in your account.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I did not request a cancellation, but my order was canceled. Why might this have happened?

  • There are some cases where an order may need to be canceled. If additional information is required to manufacture your order and we cannot get a hold of you, or if an item has become discontinued and we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel the order.
