• Confirm Your Fit: Our tool uses precise biometric scaling and PD (pupillary distance) measurement to ensure your glasses fit perfectly and that lenses are aligned just right.

• Customize & Order: Love what you see? Snap and share your favorite looks with friends for feedback. Then upload your prescription, customize your lenses, and place your order in a few easy steps.

Tips for a Great Virtual Try-On Session

• Set the Scene

  • Find a well-lit area with a simple background to ensure the best results.

  • For a clearer view, tuck your hair behind your ears.

  • Position yourself comfortably at a distance from the screen, making sure your entire face fits within the frame.

• Ensure the Perfect Fit

  • To guarantee that your glasses are accurately scaled to your face, please enter your Pupillary Distance (PD) by selecting “Enter PD” in the menu dropdown.

  • Not sure what your PD is? No problem! You can easily measure it yourself using the PD tool in the Virtual Try-On feature. Simply hold a credit card-sized card against your forehead for reference, and the tool will guide you through the process.

  • Tip: Keep in mind that the Virtual Try-On representation may vary. We recommend checking the frame measurements to ensure you achieve the perfect fit.

How does Virtual Try-On work?

• Simply click the "Try On" button, and within seconds, you'll see the glasses on your face in real time via your camera. You can even keep your current glasses on during the process. Alternatively, you can upload a photo of yourself to see how the frames look.

• You can use the Virtual Try-On tool across many devices - computers, cell phones, or tablets. Just make sure that the Zenni website is allowed to access the camera on your device. This varies by device, but can usually be found in the browser settings or in the device settings for those using a cell phone or a tablet.

• We recommend using Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome for the best experience with our website.​​​​​​​​

Does Virtual Try-On guarantee the glasses will fit?

• While our 3D Virtual Try-On is excellent for finding your perfect style, we recommend checking the frame measurements for the most accurate fit. Enter your Pupillary Distance (PD) or use our built-in PD tool to improve the scale accuracy of the glasses on your face.

Are my Try-On photos and videos private?

• Yes, your privacy is extremely important to us. We only ask for camera permission while you’re using the tool. Your Try-On photos and videos are stored locally in your browser’s cache, so they are completely private and will not be uploaded anywhere.​​​​​​​​

Is there a limit to how many frames I can try on virtually?

• There is no limit at all! Feel free to experiment with as many frames and styles as you like.

What if I'm not satisfied with how the glasses look or fit after purchasing?

• We want you to love your new glasses! We offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund from the date you receive your order. If you prefer a store credit, you can return your glasses within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
