Checking in on your new glasses is exciting, and we want to make it as easy as possible for you to follow their journey from our lab to your doorstep!
Whether your order is being processed or is already on its way, you can get a real-time update using the method that works best for you.
How to Check Your Order Status
Log In: Sign in to your Zenni account to see your full history.
Go to My Orders: Click on My Orders under your Account icon.
Track Your Package: If your order has already shipped, you can click on the tracking number provided to see its current location.
If you checked out as a guest or just want a fast update, you can use our Track My Order page. You will only need your order number and the email address used at checkout. This is the perfect option for a quick status check without needing to remember a password.
Understanding Your Order Status
To help you know exactly what is happening with your frames, here is a quick guide to what each status means:
Processing: Your order is currently at our optical lab, being custom-manufactured to your exact specifications.
Manufactured: Your glasses are finished! They are now in transit from our optical lab to our distribution center for prep and packing.
Shipped: Your order has officially left our facility and is on its way to you.
