Does Zenni Work Directly with Insurance?

• As an out-of-network retailer, Zenni doesn’t currently accept insurance directly. However, you may be eligible for a reimbursement!

How to Submit Your Zenni Purchase for Insurance Reimbursement

• Contact Your Insurance Provider: Vision insurance coverage varies, so reach out to your provider to determine eligibility for out-of-network purchases like Zenni eyewear. Common vision insurance providers include VSP, EyeMed, Spectera, Davis Vision, and programs like Medicaid and Medicare.

• Download/Print Your Receipt: Once you’re ready to submit a reimbursement, print a receipt from the My Orders page or the Track My Order page for guest checkout users.

• Submit the Reimbursement Form and Receipt following their guidelines, either through their online portal or by mailing the documents to them.

Have an FSA or HSA Account?

If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) through your employer, you’re in luck! Zenni prescription glasses and contact lenses are eligible health care expenses, so you can use your FSA or HSA debit card at checkout. Click here to learn more.
