We are committed to providing a positive shopping experience for our customers at Zenni. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  • You can return your glasses within 30 days of delivery for store credit, including paid standard shipping fees (US and Canada orders only). If you return them within 14 days, you have the option to receive a refund to your original payment method, minus the cost of shipping.

    • If you used Store Credit, it will be refunded as new store credit. For mixed payments, the credit card portion is refundable within 14 days, minus shipping, while the store credit portion will be refunded as new store credit. Returns made between 15-30 days are eligible for store credit only.

By following our return policy, we can continue to provide top-quality products and services to our valued customers. If you have any questions or need assistance with your return, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team. ​​​​​​​​

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • Glasses must be sent back using the prepaid return label within 14 days of receiving the order to qualify for a refund or within 30 days for store credit. Any refund returns sent back to us beyond 14 days will receive store credit if received within 30 days. 

  • Glasses must be returned in their original and unmodified condition. Our return policy does not extend to damage resulting from accidents, negligence, or improper care.

  • Refunds take up to 10 business days to process after we receive and process the returned items. Please note that it may take additional time to post to your account, depending on your bank or financial institution.

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method used on the order. If the original payment method expires, the refund amount will be issued as a store credit to the Zenni account used to place the order.

  • Store credit is applied directly to the Zenni account used to place the order. It never expires and can be spread across multiple orders.

  • Once store credit has been issued to your account, we are no longer able to issue a refund.

  • Once used, any store credit amount applied as payment to an order can only be returned for store credit of equal value.

  • Guest Checkout customers will need to open a Zenni account before items can be returned for store credit. ​​​​​​​​

  • We continuously monitor return activities to prevent abuse and reserve the right to limit returns and exchanges in any situation.

Manufacturing and Other Defects

If you believe there is a manufacturing error, glasses can be returned for inspection within the 30-day warranty period. If our inspection shows the glasses were made incorrectly, we will remake them for you at no charge. Defects in the anti-reflective (AR) coating and photochromic films are covered under the warranty for one (1) year from the date of receipt. We are not responsible for damage caused by customer wear and tear.

How to Start a Return

To initiate the return process, please contact us within the return timeframes listed above with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll be happy to guide you through the return authorization (RA) process and provide a prepaid shipping label.

Please note that we do not claim any responsibility for any non-Zenni products returned to us or returns that exceed our specified warranty periods. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

How do I send my returned items back?

How long will it take to process my return?

  • US Returns

    • Store credit is applied within 2-3 business days after USPS scans the return label.

    • Refunds are applied within 10 business days after the return is received and processed.

  • Canada Returns

    • Refunds and store credit are applied within 10 business days after the return is received and processed.

  • International Returns

    • Refunds and store credit are applied within 2-3 business days.

  • Inspections

    • Glasses are inspected within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the glasses are received and processed. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Do you offer to repair glasses?

  • We apologize that repair services are not available. To keep your Zenni glasses and sunglasses in tip-top shape, we offer a repair kit for purchase that has everything you need, including a screwdriver and tweezers, an assortment of screws, nose pad replacements, and rimless frame parts.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Can I send my frame back for replacement lenses?

  • We apologize that lens replacement services are not available. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Can I put my refund on a different credit card?

  • As part of PCI compliance, no refunds will be issued to any card other than the credit card used to place the order. If the original payment method has expired or is unavailable, then the refund amount will be issued as a store credit only to the customer account used to place the order. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

What happens to my discount code, rewards, or earned points if I return my order?

  • Once used, rewards and promo codes are considered redeemed. If you purchased an item using a unique discount code or rewards, these cannot be reinstated after the return is processed.

  • Additionally, sitewide discounts cannot be reapplied to new orders once they've expired, even if the original order is returned.

  • Rewards Points

    • Rewards Spent: Once used, rewards are considered redeemed. Any rewards spent cannot be refunded, reinstated, or reused if a return is processed.

    • Rewards Earned: If you choose a refund to your original payment method for the return, any points earned from the purchase of a returned item are deducted from your rewards balance. If you choose store credit for the return, the points you earned from that purchase will stay in your account. However, store credit won’t earn additional points when used on a future purchase.
