Shipping Speeds & Rush Delivery Fees
United States:
2–5 Rush: $19 for the first frame with estimated delivery in 2–5 business days
1–4 Rush: $39.95 for the first frame with estimated delivery in 1–4 business days
Canada:
3–6 Rush: $25 CAD for the first frame with estimated delivery in 3–6 business days
Note: Final delivery time may vary based on your location and the complexity of your prescription.
How Rush Fees Work for Multiple Pairs
One base Rush fee applies to the first pair in each group of up to 5 frames.
Each additional pair in that group adds $4.95 (US) or $6.50 CAD (Canada).
Ordering more than 5 Rush frames? A new base fee starts for each additional group of up to 5.
How to Spot Rush-Eligible Frames
Not every frame and lens is available for Rush Delivery, but finding the ones that are is easy! Look for the “Get it as early as” Rush message:
While Browsing Frames: This frame selection page is like a gallery where you can see and compare lots of styles at once.
On a Frame Product Page: This page highlights all the product details, from colors and sizes, and you can start customizing it to make it yours.
Rush Delivery Collection: Explore a dedicated section filled only with frames that qualify for Rush Delivery.
Using the Rush Delivery Filter: While browsing, simply apply the Rush Delivery filter to see only frames that can ship fast.
Tip: If you don’t see any of these Rush Delivery indicators, that frame isn’t eligible for expedited shipping.

Follow these quick steps to lock in the fastest turnaround:
Pick an eligible frame. Look for the “Get it as early as” Rush indicator on the frame page.
Turn on Rush before you click “Select Lenses.” This filters the list to show only Rush‑eligible lenses for your frame and prescription.
Choose from the Rush‑approved lens options, then continue to checkout.
What you’ll see (and why it matters):
With Rush turned on: Only lenses that qualify for Rush will appear. No guesswork needed.
Without Rush selected: You’ll see the full lens catalog, including options that aren’t Rush‑eligible. Picking a non‑Rush lens (or add‑ons like engraving or clip‑ons) removes Rush shipping at checkout.
Checkout: Choose the Rush speed that fits your timeline and enjoy FedEx-tracked delivery for fast, reliable service.
Rush Delivery is only available within the United States and Canada.
Rush Delivery is not available for U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and the Northern Mariana Islands), APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, and some remote areas.

Do complex prescriptions affect timing?
Delivery windows are estimates. Location and prescription complexity can affect final timing.
Can I combine Rush and Standard?
Absolutely. They’ll ship separately, each on its own timeline.
Can I change the quantity of Rush items in my cart?
Rush quantities can’t be edited directly in the cart.
